Novotel Dammam Business Park

My stay at the hotel was overall a wonderful experience. The hotel is clean and well-organized, with comfortable and spacious rooms equipped with all the essential amenities. What I particularly liked was its prime location, which offers easy access to tourist attractions and local facilities. What truly enhanced my stay was the staff's service, especially the staff at the reception. They were always smiling and extremely helpful. They went the extra mile to accommodate my requests and offered great advice on places to visit in the city, adding a personal touch to the service. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and excellent customer service.

Tasty food, very friendly staff, Special thanks to the Front office team, Ms. Samah was so helpful & professional, she did check in for me and my colleague at 10 am and the rooms were ready, the breakfast was so tasty and there’s a variety of different dishes, I really enjoyed it was only one day but I think it was a great , I didn’t notice that there’s any thing was missing in my room everything was there , water, bath supplies, slippers, the room was very clean , it was really perfect.

Staff here are wonderful, especially the receptionist who goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need. She is to be commended. Everyone I encountered was so kind and helpful.The bed was very comfortable, there was no noise disturbance. overall it was a great experience.

The staff here are fantastic, particularly Ms. Lina and Ms. Samah at the reception, who go above and beyond to ensure you have all that you require. Every person I met was exceptionally kind and supportive. The rooms were very cozy, and everything met my expectations.

I am a frequent business traveler and have been to many hotels around the world. I have never seen a better customer service than at this hotel. I would like to name the lady at the reception Ayat as the Best Ever Customer Care Provider. she is a Saudi young lady that has a passion to help and serve customers. She goes out of her way to assist and support. I had a package to send by courier. I left with her and she sent it with driver to the courier company. We asked for few other things at the hotel and she was always the reference point to make it happen. Ayat is an excellent example of Best Practice. I met the hotel manager also Ali Al Agnam who was outside his office to talk to customers. Although the location of the hotel was not to our choice, but the facilities, staff, service are all EXCELLENT
